By creating an account or using PfdLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PfdLabs is a web-based process flow diagram editor that allows users to create, save and export diagrams. We offer a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use PfdLabs.
The Free plan allows up to 5 diagrams (lifetime limit). The Pro plan is available for €3/month and provides unlimited diagrams, PDF export, and additional features. Plan features may change with reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method monthly. You may cancel at any time — you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by contacting us at support@pfdlabs.com. This right applies to your first purchase only, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Subsequent monthly charges are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of all diagrams and content you create in PfdLabs. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not share your diagrams with third parties.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@pfdlabs.com.
PfdLabs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
